Planning permission granted for 53 new houses in Sligo



Planning permission in Sligo has been granted for the construction of 53 new houses in the county town.

 

The development will take place on a green field site close the new Summerhill College at addresses in the townlands of Maugheraboy and Caltragh, on the Circular Road, Sligo,

 

The development, will consist of 19 one bed duplex units, 15 two bedroom apartments and 19 3/4 bedroom duplex units.

 

 

The site was previously owned by the Diocese of Elphin and the development will be carried out by Boyle based Mulryan Construction

 

Jennings O’Donovan will be the consulting engineers on the project.
