Gardaí in Sligo have arrested a man in relation to an alleged assault that occurred this evening (Wednesday 27th April, 2022) at approximately 5.20p.m. at Joe McDonnell Drive, Cranmore, Sligo.
The man believed to be in his late 30’s is currently being detained at Sligo Garda station under the provisions of Section 4 of the Criminal Justice Act, 1984.
Gardaí have confirmed that Investigations are ongoing.
