Donegal is now the second highest county in the country when it comes to the 14-day incidence rate of Covid-19 infections per 100,000 population.
It’s at 737.5, which compares to the national rate of 381.6.
County Sligo is 5th, at 531.0.
Monaghan has the highest 14-day incidence rate per 100,000 population.
In relation to daily figures, 339 new cases were reported for Donegal yesterday evening, with 150 for Sligo, 92 for Cavan and 29 for Leitrim.
New cases in the counties in the past 14 days were 1,174 in Donegal, 348 in Sligo, 357 in Cavan and 74 in Leitrim.
