Leitrim Councillor says general election candidates need to prioritise rural planning

A Leitrim Councillor believes general election candidates need to prioritise rural planning.

Manorhamilton based Fine Gael Councillor, Sean McDermott, claims that rural areas in the likes of Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal need people to be consistently moving and living there.

Speaking to OceanFM News, Councillor McDermott believes that rural areas will die if tings are not fixed for the future.
