35 people on trollies across the North West today



The number of people waiting on trollies in hospitals across the North West region has fallen to 35.

According to the INMO’s latest Trolley Watch figures, there are 21 people waiting for a bed in Sligo University Hospital, with a further 14 waiting in Letterkenny.

Although the amount of people waiting on trollies is decreasing in the North West, there are still 484 people waiting for a bed in hospitals around the country today. Cork University Hospital is the most overcrowded hospital in the country, with 67 people awaiting admission there today.
