Over €3.6 million for Ireland West Airport

Ireland West Airport is set to receive over €3.6 million in Government funding to support capital investment in safety and security.

The funding is part of an overall package of €5.6 million announced today by the Minister of State Jack Chambers.

Donegal Airport has been allocated almost €1.3 million.

As in previous years, eligible airports – Donegal, Ireland West and Kerry Airports – will be given the opportunity to submit applications for operational funding later this year.
