The former presidential candidate Peter Casey has criticised the garda investigation into a fire at a building in Donegal which was earmarked to accommodate Ukrainian refugees earlier this year.
The Irish Independent are reporting Mr Casey has expressed his disappointment with the progress being made by Gardai investigating the incident which happened in May.
Mr Casey has called for a temporary ban on all immigration into Ireland, including from the EU, and told the Irish Independent he plans to contest the 2025 presidential election.
