A Status Yellow fog warning is place for the counties of Sligo, Leitrim and Donegal this morning.
The warning has been issued to the majority of the country with the exception of four counties in the east.
The warning will remain in place until 11 o’clock.
Already there have been some minor collisions reported included a two car collision at Ash lane in Sligo. Delays are taking place on the N15 inbound as a result with traffic being backed up.
The cars have now been cleared from the site, however traffic delays are expected for a period of time.
