Sligo County Council have announced housing plans for Collooney, Carney and Grange.
One site in Collooney is set to deliver 20 houses in 2024, with a further 15 planned for Grange by 2026.
Meanwhile in Carney, 25 social housing units are to be built at a site between Oxfield and Cooladrummon.
Speaking to Ocean FM News, Cllr Marie Casserly said it was an extremely welcome development for Sligo.
