Sligo has the highest rates in the Country for vacant commercial property.

The vacancy rates are also high in Leitrim and Roscommon where they were recorded at 17.1%
Ballybofey in Co. Donegal was the town with the highest commercial vacancy rate in the state at 30 %
The number of commercial property units lying empty across the country is at its highest level in nine years.
The figures recorded by GeoDirectory show there were 29 thousand 317 vacant commercial units in the last quarter of 2021.
