2019 hospital trolley figures the worst so far
Hospital trolley figures reached their worst ever in the north west’s two acute hospitals last year. During 2019 in Letterkenny University Hospital, there has been 5,727 people on trolleys. That compares to 5,174 in 2018. In Sligo University Hospital, 4,967 people had been on trolleys; the 2018 figure was 4,183.
