Independent Councillor, Declan Bree, to contest general election



Independent Sligo Councillor, Declan Bree, is to contest the general election.

He is Sligo’s longest serving councillor after being first elected to the local authority in 1974, retaining his seat each time and also ran in the 2016 general election as an Independent, previously being a Labour TD from 1992 to 1997.
