A Donegal TD is questioning the spending of €25m in consultancy fees for the National Broadband Plan.
Sinn Fein Finance Spokesman Deputy Pearse Doherty says that apart from the amounts of money being spent on private consultants, it also raises questions about the influence they are having on government policy.
