Ever thought you would like to get some hens as pets?
Well now may be your chance.
Representatives from Little Hill Animal Rescue charity will be in Leitrim and Sligo later this month with hens for adoption.
The hens have been saved from slaughter, which is usually their fate when they are culled after their best egg-laying days are over.
