Motorists in Sligo are being advised by Gardai that there is no through road from Gurteen to Ballymote this morning.
The road is closed as Gardai attempt to clear a large truck which has gone off the road.
The truck overturned three miles outside of Ballymote on the Gureen road.
It’s expected that heavy lifting equipment will be needed to assist in removing the truck and the road will continue to remain closed for the next few hours.
