A Sligo councillor says there’s a need for an extensive repair of pot holes in roads throughout the north west before the winter comes.
Independent Councillor Michael Clarke called for, what he described as, ‘a blitz’ on pot holes now, so as to ensure filling material used to fill the pot holes sets properly.
He says some roads haven’t been repaired since last winter.
