It’s likely to be at least 2020 before a new Fire Station is built in Manorhamilton.
The Council’s capital plan for the next two years reveals just €200,000 will be spent on the project this year.
Meanwhile, over €1.5m will be spent on plans for an extension to the Council offices in Carrick-on-Shannon which is part of an overall €5m investment.
