ISPCA describe Mountcharles man who kicked his dog to death as ‘one of the worst cases they’ve come across’



The ISPCA have described a case where a Co Donegal man kicked his pet dog to death and then burnt its remains, as one of the worst cases of animal cruelty they’ve ever come across.

27-year-old Christopher Foy was jailed for 18 months for killing the puppy, named Buttons yesterday.

A vetinary examination found the terrier died from a ruptured liver due to blunt force trauma.
