The burial of journalist, Bruce Arnold will take place in Sligo next week.
The former Irish Independent writer passed away last week aged 87.
While he originally came from London, his wife’s family had roots in Sligo.
A funeral service for Mr Arnold will take place in Glenageary, Dublin on Monday, May 13th, with burial following on Tuesday, in St Anne’s Church, Knocknarea, at 1pm.
