As December is now upon us, so too is the real spirit of Christmas.
Santa is arriving in Sligo later doing a tour of the town in his sleigh from 2pm before arriving at Quayside Shopping Center just after 3pm.
Children of the Mercy Primary school choir will greet him.
He will then meet boys and girls before officially opening his special grotto and Christmas market at 4pm.
