A vote is to take place tomorrow, Thursday, on a Sligo/Leitrim TD’s bill that he says will promote rural equality.
Sinn Fein Deputy Martin Kenny says the purpose of the Bill is to ensure that measures taken by government and State agencies do not negativelyt affect rural Ireland.
He says this would apply to allocation of budgets, investment in infrastructure and developing systems such as broadband.
