A number of properties based in the North West region will go for sale next month as part of Allsop’s online auction.
The event takes place across May 17th and 18th and includes of a total of 25 properties and parcels of land in both Sligo and Donegal.
Of interest, are two two bed apartments on Lower Quay Street in Sligo which are both expected to fetch up to seventy thousand euro.
In Donegal, a two bed dwelling at the Sea Spray apartment complex in Bundoran is for sale for between thirty and forty thousand euro.
In Sligo, lots 39 and 46 consist of two two bed apartments based at Lower Quay Street in the town. The sixty square metre dwellings are both expected to fetch between sixty and seventy thousand euro each.
In Ballytivnan, lots 19 and 30 both consist of two two bed first floor apartments, both spanning sixty three square metres. Both are up for auction for between fifty and sixty thousand euro each.
Lot 53 is two two bed apartments based on Teeling Street in Ballymote which has a minimum price of fifty five thousand euro. While further south in Tubbercurry, a three bed semi-detached house in the Highfield estate is anticipated to sell for between fifty five and sixty five thousand euro.
In Donegal, a two bed apartment at the Sea Spray complex on Main Street in Bundoran is for sale for between thirty and forty thousand euro.
Nine parcels of land extending to approximately 32 acres at Bog Road close to the town are available as one package. The land is on offer at a reserve range of between thirty five and fourty five thousand euro.
