Residents in Manorhamilton are preparing to rename one of the streets in the town this afternoon.
Lower Main Street will be renamed Sean MacDiarmada Street in honour of the 1916 Proclamation signatory who lived in the townland of Corranmore, outside nearby Kiltytclogher.
Events get under way at 2 o’clock this afternoon.
