Tír Chonaill AC’s Fintan Dewhirst has secured his place in the semi-finals of the 400m hurdles after running a new personal best this morning at the U20 European Athletics Championships in Jerusalem. Dewhirst ran a time of 51.49 to finish third in his heat. The semi final takes place tomorrow…
