A number of northwest athletes claimed medals at the National Juvenile Indoor Championships in Athlone on Sunday.
Sligo AC’s Lauren Cadden won the U19 60m, while South Sligo’s Ellen Kilcoyne took home bronze in the U17 60m.
Tir Chonaill AC’s Eoin Boyle claimed silver in the U13 High Jump.
And North Leitrim AC’s Darragh Mitchell, Niamh Carolan and Sarah O’Beirne, and Sligo AC’s Eva Delahunt and Ryan Roberts all claimed medals in the racewalking events.
