Poor uptake reported in north west for government retrofitting scheme
Local concern is being raised with the government’s new retrofitting scheme. The Irish Examiner is reporting that under the scheme there are just 89 homes in the entire country completed from a target of 500,000. The reports also says just 681 homes have so far been approved. …
