Basking sharks spotted off north Sligo coast



A group of basking sharks have been spotted off the north Sligo coast.

The massive creatures have been spotted feeding at Mullaghmore in recent days.

Basking sharks are the second-largest living fish and are known for their gentle nature and are most frequently sighted in the north Atlantic coast from April to September, particularly in pleasant weather conditions.
