As the excitement builds towards Abbey Vocational School’s All-Ireland senior colleges football final later this month, the Donegal Town school is hosting an ‘Up For the Final’ on Wednesday, March 6th, at 8pm.
AVS qualified for this year’s Paddy Drummond Cup decider following last Saturday’s 2-17 to 1-13 victory over Dunmore Community School in Sligo.
They are due to play Ashbourne CS (Meath) in the All-Ireland final on St Patrick’s weekend.
Next Wednesday’s will be a night of chat, entertainment and craic with Charlie Collins acting as Master of Ceremonies.
Admission to the event at Abbey VS in Donegal Town is free – but entrants will be invited to make a donation towards the team’s All-Ireland final preparations.
