Anyone in the North West thinking of becoming a member of An Garda Siochana is being urged to drop into an Open Day event in Sligo later today.
It’s getting underway at the Glasshouse at 4pm until 8pm.
The intention is to raise the awareness of the national recruitment campaign in the Sligo area.
The age limit to join An Garda Siochana has been raised to 50.
