Sligo Rovers have confirmed that women’s team captain Emma Hansberry has signed a contract extension for the 2024 SSE Airtricity Premier Division season.
Hansberry brings a wealth of experience to the team, having previously played at domestic and international level, she is a former Irish senior and youth international, throughout her career.
Hansberry said on her signing: “I am very happy to be re-signed with Sligo Rovers for the 2024 season.
“I am looking forward to working with the new management team and players that come in.
“We hope to build on what we have created over the last two seasons and have some more memorable days for Sligo Rovers.”
