This month’s meeting of the Manorhamilton Municipal District has heard that a proposed development at Glenfarne Wood has moved a step closer.
Located on the shores of Lough MacNean, Coillte and Leitrim County Council have collaborated to support the project.
Part ‘A’ planning on the project is expected to be approved shortly and the development has the overall aim to increase the number of developments and activities in the area which in turn, should attract significantly more visitors to north Leitrim.
