Safe pedestrian crossing around the corner for Collooney

A Public Consultation has taken place on a key development project in Collooney.

The consultation took place at the Reading Wing Community Hall in St Paul’s Church of Ireland in the town on Wednesday evening.

It is hoped that a safe pedestrian crossing will be installed at the Collooney roundabout when works are completed.

Speaking to Ocean FM News, local Sinn Fein Councillor Thomas Healy says the development is much needed.
