The funeral details have been announced for the late Tom Niland.
Mr Niland had been left in a serious condition in hospital following an aggravated burglary at his home in Co Sligo early last year.
He passed away at Sligo University Hospital on Saturday morning.
His remains will repose at Sweeney’s funeral home Dromore West on Wednesday evening from 4 pm to 7 pm.
Requiem Mass will take place on Thursday at 12 noon in St. Adamnan’s church, Skreen, followed by burial in St. Mary’s cemetery afterwards.
