Property prices in counties Sligo and Leitrim rose in the third quarter of 2023, according to the latest MyHome.ie property price report.
However, the publication detected that prices fell marginally in county Donegal during the same period.
Property prices in Sligo have risen by €7,500 during the quarter.
The report also shows that the median asking price for a property in the county is now €197,500.
Leitrim, meanwhile, saw the largest increase in the north west with properties rising by €10,000, with the median asking price for a property in the county now standing at €210,000.
While in Donegal, Property prices fell by just €50 during the quarter, according to the latest MyHome.ie Property Price Report with the median price now standing at €199,950.
Managing Director of MyHome.ie, Joanne Geary says the price rises in counties Sligo and Leitrim mirror the national trend.
