Leitrim TD reacts to speculation that the county may be split for the next general election

Tomorrow is a significant day in terms of the next general election.

The Boundaries Commission will publish their report on what the makeup of the individual constituencies will be for the next general election.

Already over the past week or so calls have been made to unite all Donegal with two 3 seat constituencies possible while in recent days a county that was split in the past Leitrim is once again being touted a county that could find itself in two separate constituencies something that in past made it difficult to elect a TD from the County to the Dáil.

Leitrim based TD Martin Kenny earlier gave the following interview to North West Today ahead of the report being published.
