Devine takes slender lead into final day of Donegal Rally

The final day of the Wilton Recycling Donegal International Rally looks is set for a thrilling conclusion with four drivers firmly in the shake-up for the top prize going into the final seven stages.

Callum Devine holds a narrow 4.7 seconds lead over last year’s winner Josh Moffett with both drivers swapping the lead on several occasions during Saturday stages.

Sam Moffett lies third but England’s Matt Edwards has moved right into contention after taking the last three stage victories on Saturday.

Less than 50 seconds separates the top four cars going into Sunday’s action.

There was disappointment for Donegal Town’s David Kelly who crashed out of the rally in his Citroen C3.
