The Health and Safety Authority have launched a farm vehicle inspection campaign to combat the number of fatalities on Irish farms.
The national inspection campaign will focus on the safe use of tractors and quad bikes on farms.
The HSA has said that tractors and quads continue to be a leading cause of vehicle-related fatalities on Irish farms with 34 vehicle related deaths on Irish farms over the past 5 years.
