Three high ranking garda officers are taking up new positions in the North West.
The appointments have been confirmed in the latest set of appointments and allocations published by the Garda Press office.
Cliona Richardson has been promoted to the role of Assistant Commissioner to the North West.
Meanwhile Superintendent Goretti Sheridan has been transferred to Letterkenny Garda Station and Superintendent Barry Doyle has been moved to Buncrana garda Station.
