Andrew McGinley warns of the dangers of excluding family members from the provision of mental health care



The Donegal man who’s three children killed by their mother, says more people are dying because of our mental health policies.

 

Today is the third anniversary of the deaths of Conor, Darragh, and Carla McGinley in Newcastle, Co. Dublin.

 

Their mother, Deirdre Morley, was found not guilty of their murders by reason of insanity.

 

Their father, Andrew McGinley who comes from Donegal wants family members to be more involved in their loved one’s mental health care.
