Tom Niland remains in Sligo University Hospital, having suffered a violent attack in his home one year ago today.
Mr. Niland is said to have made little progress in recovery following the aggravated burglary on the 18th January 2022.
The incident rocked the town land of Skreen and indeed the wider north west area.
