The wider community of Skreen are mindful everyday of what happened to Tom Niland.
That’s according to Skreen Parish Priest Fr Michael Gilroy who has been speaking to Ocean FM news a year on from the violent attack on the 74 year old in his home.
Mr. Niland remains in Sligo University Hospital to this day and is said to have made little progress in recovery following the aggravated burglary on the 18th January 2022.
