Sligo Rovers have signed a second Estonian international ahead of the start of the 2023 SSE Aitricity League Premier Division.
Attacking midfielder Bogdan Vastsuk has joined on a two-year contract, with the option of staying on until the end of the 2025 season.
Vastsuk, who has played 11 times for Estonia at senior international level, joins from Polish side Stal Mielec.
He follows countryman Frank Liivac to the Showgrounds.
The two were team-mates previously at Levadia Tallinn.
Vastsuk has arrived in Sligo and linked up with his new team-mates on Thursday as they returned for pre-season training.
Vastsuk told sligorovers.com: ‘’I’m very happy to join this great club.
‘’I am looking forward to seeing all the fans at the stadium soon. I have heard a lot about it.
‘’I’ve watched some games from last season and, I see the quality in the team and, I think we can go far this season.”
