Donegal to face Down & Monaghan in McKenna Cup

Donegal’s opening competitive football in 2023 will see them take on Down and Monaghan in the group stage of the Dr McKenna Cup competition.

Tuesday night’s draw placed Paddy Carr’s side in Section A with the Down and Monaghan, who are both also under new management for the year ahead.

The opening round of matches will be played on Wednesday, January 4th.

The three Section winners plus the best runners-up will qualify for the McKenna Cup semi-finals.
