It looks like a notorious junction in Laghey may get a long-awaited roundabout.
The stretch is home to a popular petrol station, a number of businesses and homes however in recent years there have also been several minor crashes there and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to access the main N17 road.
Some safety measures have been installed as an interim measure however the TII have sanctioned funding to begin the initial design stage for a roundabout in the area.
