House prices continue to increase in the north west



House prices across the north west continue to rise.

 

That’s according to a new Daft.ie study.

 

In Sligo, prices in the third quarter of 2022 were 13% higher than a year previously. The average price of a home is now €190,000.

 

Nationally the report shows they were largely stable between June and September, up only point 1 per cent.

 

In Donegal, prices in the third quarter of 2022 were 17% higher than a year previously, The average price of a home in Donegal now stands at €200,000.

 

In Leitrim prices in the third quarter of 2022 were 14% higher than the same period last year the average price of a home is now €175,000.

 

The average price of a home nationally is over 311 thousand euro.
