McHugh & MacSharry to vote against Sinn Fein no confidence motion



It’s reported Fine Gael Deputy Joe McHugh and Sligo Leitrim TD Marc MacSharry will be voting against the Sinn Fein motion of no confidence in the Dail this week.

 

The vote comes as the Oireachtas prepares to take its Summer break on Thursday.

 

Sinn Fein is being accused of wasting precious time in the Dail by calling for the vote.

 

That’s the view of Minister of State and Fine Gael TD for Longford-Westmeath Peter Burke.

 

Deputy Burke says the actions of Sinn Fein are just a publicity stunt when precious Dáil time could be used to discuss other pressing matters:
