Manorhamilton registers the lowest median price for homes bought jointly in the country
New figures show the median age of homebuyers in 2019 was 38.
CSO data spanning 2010 to 2019 shows 62 percent of homes were purchased jointly.
Manorhamilton Co Leitrim had the lowest price on average in the study at 104-thousand euro.
