Sligo County Council is under increasing pressure to address outstanding issues in a housing estate in Cliffoney.
The residents of Ceol naMara estate are said to be waiting for over a decade for a local road upgrade, lighting and sewerage.
It’s understood that an agreement has been reached between the developer and the Council that if the work isn’t carried out by the developer then the local authority will take charge.
