A member of the Mica Action Group says the recently published ‘Construction Costs for the Defective Concrete Blocks Grant Scheme’ is to be, overall, welcomed.
Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland has recommended, based on material costs this year, an average rebuild cost of between €145 to €167 per square foot depending the house type.
