Finn Harps football club is accepting donations from the public this Thursday and Friday as part of the ‘Donegal for Ukraine’ county-wide collection effort.
Donations will be accepted at Finn Park in Ballybofey, at the Supporters Club Shop (entrance Aldi side) on Thursday from 11am-6pm and on Friday from 11am onwards including during Harps Premier Division game at the venue against Bohemians on Friday night.
The items being collected are:
- Baby essentials (nappies, formula, wipes)
- Toiletries
- Non-perishable foods
- Blankets, sleeping bags, warm clothing, towels
- First Aid supplies
- Toys, sweets
- Pet food
- Disposable masks & gloves
- Flashlights.
All the items will be transported to Cavan from where they will be taken to the Refugee Centre in Rzeszów, Poland.
